How to Return an Item

We want you to love your order, however if you are not completely satisfied with it, let us know and we will be happy to help. 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure swing tags, dust bag and original plastic packaging is included to ensure bag is protected. If tags are removed or item is returned without original packaging we will not be able to process a refund as it would have to be quarantined. Goods once quarantined cannot be sent back to you. 

Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
We offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost and duties, Please note all returns are subject to a £2 per item restocking fee.) on your order if you return it back to us within 21 days of your receipt.
Please note that we cannot refund any customs and import fees.
