We can accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We however do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Tracking your order
When we receive your order you will send you an order confirmation. This will be followed by a shipping notification via email. (please remember to check your junk mail in case you have not received it within 48 hours) You can use the number to track your package.
If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account as well.
You get an error message when you enter your shipping and billing addresses.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information. If the problem still persists, please take a screenshot of your screen and send it to us on firstname.lastname@example.org we will resolve the problem asap.
Your Order won't go through
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Using Chrome usually solves the problem. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

Change or cancel your order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

We offer click and collect in any House of Fraser Store and you can shop with us directly online 24/7. We are also available at Elys of Wimbledon as well as Pearsons of Enfield.
