Please store your Backpack in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity

The vegan material is intended to replace real leather as such please treat it with the same care as real leather.

Nice item

I bought this for my vegan daughter. It looks very smart and seems well made and I am sure she will enjoy using it. It was very well protected in transit. My one criticism is about the amount of paper stuffed into the bagto puff it out; this is uneccessary and a waste of the world's resources.

As a sustainable brand we always choose what is correct for the planet first so while other brands use stuffed plastic pillows which are filled with air we choose recycled and recyclable paper. If the bags are not stuffed properly they will loose shape especially soft Agnes backpack that you purchased for your daighter. Also we would want your daughter to be delighted on receiving this and it should not be anythng less than perfect when she unboxes it hence the use of the paper. The paper is recycled and already in the world we only use recycled and recyclable packaging.
